Minnesota State Seal and Flag Redesign

At an exciting time in Minnesota’s history, the state launched a public process to redesign its state seal and flag, creating an opportunity for designers and residents to contribute to a new visual identity for the state. Inspired by the incredible work being shared by local designers, I decided to create my own submission as a personal design exploration and a tribute to the state I call home. The project combined research, storytelling, and visual design to create a symbol that reflected Minnesota’s identity and spirit.
