By far, the most repeated phrase of advice I've given over the years is this; ride the wave. I love the simple sentiment of it, to let go of control and just enjoy the ride.
For the second time in a year, I’m following my own advice as I’m being given another opportunity within a phenomenal agency. In addition to leading the North America UI Design Team at Astound Commerce, I will now also be managing the North America UX Design Team as well. These designers are insanely smart, and if they haven’t heard enough of my praise already, they better be prepared to start hearing even more of it.
