I'm humbled to have accepted a promotion this week to lead the North America UI design team, as part of our larger global design department, at Astound Commerce. This incredibly talented team of designers span from New York to Minneapolis and they do incredible work for incredible clients. I look forward to continuing to learn from them while doing my very best to be the most sincere, empathetic, and constructive I can be. I'm thinking (a little) less Michael Scott and more Ted Lasso. ;)
